Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and the amended terms will be announced in the manner prescribed in Article 9. If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may cancel their membership (withdraw). Continued use of the service shall be deemed as consent to the amendment. Amended terms shall take effect immediately upon notice.
Article 3 (Standards Other than the Terms)
Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
2. User: Refers to both members and non-members who receive the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect their privacy in communications.
5. E-mail: Correspondence via the internet.
6. Termination: An expression of intent by the Company or a member to end the service use contract after the service has been used.
7. Website: A virtual service space established by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers so that users can view and use the services.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)
2. In the event of service suspension under Paragraph 1, users shall be notified in the manner prescribed in Article 9.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service for the reasons stated in Paragraph 1, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 7 (Membership Registration)
2. Users must register using their real name, and only one membership application can be made per name.
3. The Company shall register users who apply for membership as stated in Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following categories:
2) If there are false statements, omissions, or typos in the registration details
3) If the application is made using another person's name
4) If the applicant has previously lost membership status under Article 8, Paragraph 3 (except for those for whom 3 years have passed since the loss of status and who have obtained the Company's approval for re-registration)
5) Children under the age of 14
6) If the applicant does not meet other application requirements prescribed by the Company
5. If there are changes to the registered items under Article 10, Paragraph 1, the member must directly correct and register the changes through the member information modification section.
Article 8 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership Status)
2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may limit or suspend their membership:
2) If the member threatens the order of service operation, such as interfering with others' use of the service or stealing their information
3) If the member uses the service to engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions, or acts contrary to public order and morals
4) If the member fails to comply with the obligations specified in Article 13
4. When the Company terminates membership, it shall notify the member and process the withdrawal. In this case, the member will be notified and given an opportunity to explain before withdrawal is processed.
Article 9 (Notification to Users)
2. In the case of notifications to an unspecified number of users, the Company may substitute individual notifications by posting on the service bulletin board for at least one week.

3. Provided personal information cannot be provided to a third party without the consent of the user, and the Company bears all responsibility for this. However, the following cases are exceptions:
2) When provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistical purposes, academic research, or market research
3) When requested by a state agency in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
4) For the purpose of criminal investigation or upon request from the Korea Communications Standards Commission
5) Upon request following procedures set by other relevant laws
5. A third party who has received personal information from the Company must destroy the information without delay once the purpose of receiving it has been achieved.
Article 11 (Company Obligations)
2. The Company shall do its best to maintain and repair service-related facilities so they are always operational, and to restore them without delay in the event of failure.
3. The Company must maintain a security system to protect users' personal information so that users can safely use the service.
4. The Company does not send commercial advertising emails that users do not want.
Article 12 (Obligations for Member ID and Password)
2. If a member realizes their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Company and follow its instructions.
Article 13 (Member Obligations)
2. Members may not engage in any commercial activities using the service without the Company's prior consent.
3. Members may not copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the service, or provide it to others, without the Company's prior consent.
4. Members must immediately update their personal information if changes occur. Responsibility for any consequences arising from failure to update member information lies with the member.
5. Members must not engage in the following acts regarding service use, and are responsible for all results arising from such acts:
2) Acquiring other members' email addresses to send spam
3) Acts for criminal purposes or related to other criminal acts
4) Acts that harm public morals or other social order
5) Defaming or insulting the Company or others
6) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or others
7) Hacking or distributing computer viruses
8) Continuously transmitting advertising information against the will of others
9) Any act that interferes or may interfere with the stable operation of the service
10) Changing the content of the service provided by the Company
11) Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
Article 14 (Deletion of Posts)
2) Content that violates public order or morals
3) Content recognized as being linked to criminal acts
4) Content that infringes upon the copyrights or other rights of third parties
5) Content that interferes or may interfere with the stable operation of the service
6) Content that criticizes the Company or spreads groundless rumors without confirmation procedures
7) Content determined to be in violation of other relevant laws
For large-capacity data, the number of uploaded posts may be limited, and when that number is exceeded, the oldest posts may be deleted for the smooth operation of the server.
2. The Company may delete posts without prior notice if they contain links to information determined to violate Article 13 or fall under any of the subparagraphs of Paragraph 1 of this Article.
Article 15 (Rights / Obligations Regarding Posts)

2. The linking "website" does not guarantee transactions conducted between the user and the linked "website" for goods or services independently provided by the linked "website."
Article 17 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
2. Users shall not use information obtained through the service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by means of copying, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent.

2. The Company shall not be held liable for transactions of goods, etc., mediated through the service between users or between users and third parties in violation of Article 13, and does not assume responsibility for any expected profits from the use of the service.
3. If the Company becomes liable to a user or a third party due to a member's violation of Article 13 or other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the Company incurs damages as a result, the member who violated the terms must compensate the Company for all damages and indemnify the Company from such damages.
Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to such a dispute, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of the Seoul District Court.
3. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to such lawsuits.
