Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the internet website service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by 사천에어쇼 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect by being posted on the website or notified to users via email or other methods after undergoing public notice procedures in accordance with Article 31 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 21-2 of its Enforcement Rules.
2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and the amended terms will be announced in the manner prescribed in Article 9. If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may cancel their membership (withdraw). Continued use of the service shall be deemed as consent to the amendment. Amended terms shall take effect immediately upon notice.

Article 3 (Standards Other than the Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the service and who can continuously receive and use information from the service.
2. User: Refers to both members and non-members who receive the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect their privacy in communications.
5. E-mail: Correspondence via the internet.
6. Termination: An expression of intent by the Company or a member to end the service use contract after the service has been used.
7. Website: A virtual service space established by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers so that users can view and use the services.

Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)

1. The services provided by the Company are as follows:
1) Promotional content about the Company
2) Information on products sold by the Company
3) Various other information provided by the Company
4) Customer consultation services
5) Services for member use
2. The Company may provide additional or changed service content if necessary.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication.
2. In the event of service suspension under Paragraph 1, users shall be notified in the manner prescribed in Article 9.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service for the reasons stated in Paragraph 1, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 7 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in their member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their consent to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Users must register using their real name, and only one membership application can be made per name.
3. The Company shall register users who apply for membership as stated in Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following categories:
1) If the name is not a real name
2) If there are false statements, omissions, or typos in the registration details
3) If the application is made using another person's name
4) If the applicant has previously lost membership status under Article 8, Paragraph 3 (except for those for whom 3 years have passed since the loss of status and who have obtained the Company's approval for re-registration)
5) Children under the age of 14
6) If the applicant does not meet other application requirements prescribed by the Company
4. The membership contract is established when the Company's approval reaches the user.
5. If there are changes to the registered items under Article 10, Paragraph 1, the member must directly correct and register the changes through the member information modification section.

Article 8 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership Status)

1. Members may request withdrawal from the website at any time, and the website will process it immediately.
2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may limit or suspend their membership:
1) If false information was registered at the time of application
2) If the member threatens the order of service operation, such as interfering with others' use of the service or stealing their information
3) If the member uses the service to engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions, or acts contrary to public order and morals
4) If the member fails to comply with the obligations specified in Article 13
3. If the same act is repeated twice or more, or the cause is not corrected within 30 days after the Company limits or suspends membership, the Company may terminate the membership.
4. When the Company terminates membership, it shall notify the member and process the withdrawal. In this case, the member will be notified and given an opportunity to explain before withdrawal is processed.

Article 9 (Notification to Users)

1. Notifications to users may be sent to the email address submitted by the user to the service.
2. In the case of notifications to an unspecified number of users, the Company may substitute individual notifications by posting on the service bulletin board for at least one week.

Article 10 (Privacy Policy)

1. The Company collects the minimum information necessary when collecting user information. The following items are mandatory, and others are optional:
1) Name
2) Desired ID
3) Password
4) E-mail
5) Address
6) Phone Number
7) Subscription to 'favor'
2. When the Company collects personally identifiable information, it must obtain the consent of the user.
3. Provided personal information cannot be provided to a third party without the consent of the user, and the Company bears all responsibility for this. However, the following cases are exceptions:
1) Providing the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) required for delivery to the delivery company
2) When provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistical purposes, academic research, or market research
3) When requested by a state agency in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
4) For the purpose of criminal investigation or upon request from the Korea Communications Standards Commission
5) Upon request following procedures set by other relevant laws
4. Users may view and correct errors in their personal information held by the Company at any time.
5. A third party who has received personal information from the Company must destroy the information without delay once the purpose of receiving it has been achieved.

Article 11 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably as prescribed in these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Company shall do its best to maintain and repair service-related facilities so they are always operational, and to restore them without delay in the event of failure.
3. The Company must maintain a security system to protect users' personal information so that users can safely use the service.
4. The Company does not send commercial advertising emails that users do not want.

Article 12 (Obligations for Member ID and Password)

1. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password, and are liable for all consequences arising from negligence in management or unauthorized use.
2. If a member realizes their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Company and follow its instructions.

Article 13 (Member Obligations)

1. Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, usage guides, and precautions notified by the Company, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company's business.
2. Members may not engage in any commercial activities using the service without the Company's prior consent.
3. Members may not copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the service, or provide it to others, without the Company's prior consent.
4. Members must immediately update their personal information if changes occur. Responsibility for any consequences arising from failure to update member information lies with the member.
5. Members must not engage in the following acts regarding service use, and are responsible for all results arising from such acts:
1) Fraudulent use of another member's ID
2) Acquiring other members' email addresses to send spam
3) Acts for criminal purposes or related to other criminal acts
4) Acts that harm public morals or other social order
5) Defaming or insulting the Company or others
6) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or others
7) Hacking or distributing computer viruses
8) Continuously transmitting advertising information against the will of others
9) Any act that interferes or may interfere with the stable operation of the service
10) Changing the content of the service provided by the Company
11) Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 14 (Deletion of Posts)

1. The Company may delete posts within the service posted or registered by users without prior notice if they are determined to violate Article 13 or fall under any of the following:
1) Content that defames or slanders other users or third parties
2) Content that violates public order or morals
3) Content recognized as being linked to criminal acts
4) Content that infringes upon the copyrights or other rights of third parties
5) Content that interferes or may interfere with the stable operation of the service
6) Content that criticizes the Company or spreads groundless rumors without confirmation procedures
7) Content determined to be in violation of other relevant laws
However, the following exception applies to the Reader's Board:
For large-capacity data, the number of uploaded posts may be limited, and when that number is exceeded, the oldest posts may be deleted for the smooth operation of the server.
2. The Company may delete posts without prior notice if they contain links to information determined to violate Article 13 or fall under any of the subparagraphs of Paragraph 1 of this Article.

Article 15 (Rights / Obligations Regarding Posts)

All rights and responsibilities, including copyrights, for posts lie with the user who posted them.

Article 16 (Relationship Between Linking and Linked "Websites")

1. When an upper "website" and a lower "website" are connected via hyperlink (e.g., hyperlinks including text, pictures, moving images, etc.), the former is called the linking "website" and the latter is called the linked "website (site)."
2. The linking "website" does not guarantee transactions conducted between the user and the linked "website" for goods or services independently provided by the linked "website."

Article 17 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Users shall not use information obtained through the service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by means of copying, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent.

Article 18 (Prohibition of Assignment)

Members may not assign or gift their rights to use the service or any other status under the use contract to others, nor provide them as collateral.

Article 19 (Indemnification for Damages)

The Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with services provided free of charge, except in cases where such damages are caused by the Company's gross negligence.

Article 20 (Disclaimer / Compensation)

1. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of information, materials, or facts posted by users on the service. Users use the service at their own risk, and are responsible for any damages or disadvantages arising from materials posted or transmitted using the service, or the selection of materials.
2. The Company shall not be held liable for transactions of goods, etc., mediated through the service between users or between users and third parties in violation of Article 13, and does not assume responsibility for any expected profits from the use of the service.
3. If the Company becomes liable to a user or a third party due to a member's violation of Article 13 or other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the Company incurs damages as a result, the member who violated the terms must compensate the Company for all damages and indemnify the Company from such damages.

Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company and the user shall make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve any disputes arising in connection with the service.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to such a dispute, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of the Seoul District Court.
3. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to such lawsuits.

Article 22 (Miscellaneous)

For matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, users may contact the person in charge.

Addendum

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from June 10, 2016.
